Who Anglicans Are

As a branch of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, we hold inviolate the faith delivered unto us. It is succinctly expressed in the words of:

Apostles Creed,
Nicene Creed,
Quicumque Vult (Athanasian Creed)

Furthermore, we receive the Definition of Chalcedon as the true understanding of who Jesus Christ is - both God and Man.

We are distinguished by the 39 Articles of Religion which were drawn up during the time of the Reformation, to show where the Church of England was similar and dissimilar from the Roman Church and the emerging Protestant churches.

We strive for unity in the truth with all of Christ's body, the Church, under the guidance of the Lambeth Quadrilatical (1888).
